When Frank and Patty Bartlett opened Carriage Drive-In Cleaners in 1979, downtown Gallatin was a different place. But one thing hasn't changed: the Bartletts' dedication to treating every customer's garments with care and respect.

For nearly five decades, they've built their business the old-fashioned way — through consistent quality, honest pricing, and genuine relationships with the people they serve. Many of their customers have been coming in for decades, and many have passed the tradition on to their children.
